River Rafting
River rafting is comparatively recently developed sport becoming highly popular in Nepal. Most of the rivers coming from the Himalayas have created white water sections for fabulous rafting trips in Nepal. Rafters drift lazily through lush tropical gorges, tranquil sections or roller coaster through white water stretches. Trisuli River that follows Tribhuwan Highway is an ideal destination for leisurely rafting trip for those who travel to Pokhara or Chitwan National Park. The other popular rivers are Bhotekosi (1-2 days), Kaligandaki (3 days), Sun Koshi (7-8 days) for exciting white water rafting.

Jungle Safari
Some of Nepal's richest wildlife habitats are now are protected as national parks and wildlife reserves in Nepal. Chitwan National Park and Royal Bardiya national Park are the popular destinations for endangered wild  life viewing, bird watching  and observing rich diversity of flora and fauna. Chitwan National Park is situated in the Rapti Valley and covers an area of 932 sq kilometers. Royal Bardiya National Park, situated on mid-far western region is the un-spoilt wilderness area in the Terail. The park is home to more than 30 different mammals and the regenerated habitat for endangered animals like the tiger, rhinoceros, wild elephant, black buck.
